The Grand Lodge appreciate that everyone has different preferences for making payments to Grand Lodge, we have listened and have now introduced:

  • Direct Debit payments can now be used to pay for your annual subscriptions and any other payment to Grand Lodge. This is using a facility through the Membership Website.
    • You are strongly advised to use this method for greatest convenience.
    • This option is only available to those with a U.K. based bank account.
  • Payment over the phone, during office hours (Mon to Fri - 9am to 12.30pm) we can take your card details. Telephone +44 (0)131 556 1222.
  • Request an Invoice, if you live outside of the UK or prefer to pay by credit or debit card you can request for an invoice to be sent to you by email.

We will continue to accept our usual methods of payment:

  • Bank Transfer, using the following details:
    UK Payments
       Account Number: 00246460
       Sort Code: 83-06-08

You must quote the unique identifier for your purchase (e.g. invoice number) or that identifies you (e.g. membership id) so that the payment can be reconciled against you or your order. Always remember that only the first 14 characters (including spaces) will reliably be transmitted with your payment.
  • Cheque
  • Cheques can be sent to the Royal Order at 23 St John Street, on the back write what it is for if you are not appending it to an invoice.
  • Credit or Debit Card payments can be made by requesting an invoice to be sent to you (if phoning the office during office hours is not convenient).
